Pro is prepaid. You pay for 30 or 365 days, and nothing renews by itself. We remind you before it ends, and if you let it lapse you move to Basic with everything you made still there.

No. It never logs in to your bank, GCash or Maya, and it cannot move your money. You enter transactions yourself, or scan a receipt and approve each line. That is a deliberate choice: your bank passwords stay with you.
Yes. Basic is free with no time limit and includes the core tools: the ledger, up to 2 credit cards and 3 envelopes. Pro lifts those limits for ₱299 a month or ₱2,499 a year.
Nothing is charged, because no card is on file. After 14 days you either pay for Pro or move to Basic. Nothing you made is deleted. On Basic you cannot add more cards or envelopes past its limits until you upgrade again.
When you choose to scan a receipt, the photo or PDF is sent to our AI provider to be read into lines. Receipt images are never saved. You review every line before anything is recorded. If you would rather not use AI at all, type the lines in yourself: nothing is sent anywhere.
No. Tell us what brought you here when you sign up and the app arranges itself around it. If you pick credit cards, you get statements, due dates and payments, and you never see an envelope unless you turn budgeting on.
BudgetMuna runs in the browser on your phone and computer, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app. There is nothing to download from an app store yet.
Yes. Export your transactions to CSV on any plan, and reports to PDF on Pro. You can also ask us to correct or delete your information at any time.
