Loans and mortgages
Amortization schedules, payments linked to the loan, and the month it finally ends.
The money planner for Filipinos with credit cards
See every card statement before it’s due. Give every peso a job before the kinsenas. Both in one place, in pesos.
Free for the basics, with no time limit. No card needed. We never connect to your bank.
Credit cards
Your bank’s app tells you what you owe after the cut-off. BudgetMuna tells you while there is still time to do something about it.
Set each card’s cut-off and due date once. BudgetMuna builds the statement as you spend, so the total is never news.
Convert a purchase to installment and see each monthly share land on the right statement, with how many are left.
Record what you actually paid and link it to the statement it was for. Unpaid balances carry forward the way the bank carries them.
Two cards, one credit line? Group them and see the real room you have left, not two misleading numbers.
Basic includes 2 cards. Pro makes it unlimited.
Envelopes
The sobre system your parents used, without the sobres. Your money stays in your own accounts; you decide what each part of it is for.
Your sweldo arrives in Ready to Allocate. Nothing is spendable until you have decided what it is for.
On the first visit of a new month, each envelope proposes what it needs. Adjust, press once, done. Opening it twice never funds twice.
Refill monthly for groceries. Top up to a target for rent. Save toward a goal for Christmas or tuition.
Nothing is swept away at month end. The rice money waits for the next sack; the LPG money waits for the next tank.
All in one place
Cards and envelopes are where most people start. Everything else is already here when you need it, in the same books, so nothing is entered twice and every number agrees with every other.
Amortization schedules, payments linked to the loan, and the month it finally ends.
A month laid out as money in and money out, so you can see whether the plan works before you live it.
The things you want, what they cost, and how close your savings are to each one.
What you own, what it is worth now, and when it next needs maintenance.
Balance sheet, income statement and net worth over time, from the same books.
Match an account against its statement line by line, and find the one that is off.
Upload a PDF or a photo, review every line, and approve only what is right.
Bring in a bank export, with duplicates caught before they land.
Building an emergency fund doesn’t have to wait: make it an envelope under Goals and fund it every month with the rest. Pro adds a target amount and date to aim for.
Every tool is in Basic, with limits on cards, envelopes, loans and scans. See what Pro lifts and adds.
Underneath it all
BudgetMuna keeps real books. Every transaction is recorded the way an accountant would record it, which is why your net worth, your statements and your envelopes always agree with each other.
I built BudgetMuna because the app my bank gave me told me what I owed after the cut-off, and my spreadsheet stopped agreeing with itself around the third month. I wanted one place where the statement, the envelopes and the net worth were all the same numbers. It runs my own money first. If it breaks, I find out before you do.
Your money, your data
No bank logins, no e-wallet connections, no way to move money. It is a planner and a record, nothing more.
We don’t offer loans, we don’t sell your data, and we don’t show ads. The only thing we sell is Pro.
Export your transactions any time. Ask us to correct or delete your information any time.
Pricing
Everything is in Basic, with a limit. Pro lifts the limits. Priced in pesos, for the Philippines.
The whole ledger and every tool, with room to try each one on your real money.
The same tools with the limits lifted, plus the planning extras.
About ₱208 a month, 30% less than paying monthly. Or ₱299 month to month.
Start the free trialNo card needed to start. Nothing is charged when the trial ends.
Pro is prepaid. You pay for a month or a year, and nothing renews by itself. We remind you before it ends, and if you let it lapse you move to Basic with everything you made still there.
GCash, Maya, GrabPay, credit or debit card. Checkout is handled by PayMongo; we never see your card number.
No. It never logs in to your bank, GCash or Maya, and it cannot move your money. You enter transactions yourself, import a CSV, or upload a statement and approve each line. That is a deliberate choice: your bank passwords stay with you.
Yes. Basic is free with no time limit and includes every tool: the ledger, up to 2 credit cards, 3 envelopes and 1 loan. Pro lifts those limits for ₱299 a month or ₱2,499 a year.
Nothing is charged, because no card is on file. After 14 days you either pay for Pro or move to Basic. Nothing you made is deleted. On Basic you cannot add more cards, envelopes or loans past its limits until you upgrade again.
When you choose to scan, the PDF or screenshot is sent to our AI provider to be read into lines. BudgetMuna deletes the statement file as soon as it has been read, and receipt images are never saved. You review every line before anything is recorded. If you would rather not use AI at all, import a CSV from your bank instead: that path involves no AI.
No. Tell us what brought you here when you sign up and the app arranges itself around it. If you pick credit cards, you get statements, due dates and payments, and you never see an envelope unless you turn budgeting on.
BudgetMuna runs in the browser on your phone and computer, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app. There is nothing to download from an app store yet.
Yes. Export your transactions to CSV on any plan, and reports to PDF on Pro. You can also ask us to correct or delete your information at any time.
Set up your first card or your first three envelopes in a few minutes. It costs nothing to find out.
